A: As often as you like, however 2-3 times a week will give you silky smooth skin!}

^{Q: Why do I need to stir before each use?
A: Due to the fact that Scrubz sm only uses all natural ingredients, the oils will settle at the bottom or even rise to the top of each jar. Stirring ensures that every scoop has the benefits of our special blend of oils.}

Q: I can use it shaving!? 
A: Yes!  Scrubz ^sm uses sugar as its exfoliant, therefore it will not burn, itch or irritate like other products. When you scrub the area to be shaved, you are lifting the hair follicle, sloughing off the dead skin cells, and then after rinsing, you are leaving it with a natural, oil base lubricant. It will give you a super-smooth, super-close shave!  Afterwards, you can use Scrubz ^sm to avoid any bumps from ingrown hair follicles.

^{Q: My Scrubzsm seems to have crystalized on the surface.  What do I do with it?
A: Because Scrubzsm has no preservatives, nor additives, and uses sucrose as its exfoliant, it might crystalize a bit after exposure to air.  Gently tightening the jar after use and stirring before should prevent this , however Scrubzsm can be re-activated! Add about a tsp. of warm water at a time and stir, gently breaking up any clusters, and you will see how quickly it becomes smooth again and ready for use.}

^{Q: Will I have an allergic reaction?
A: Scrubzsm uses 9 natural oils that are known for their non-allergic and beneficial properties, however some people are sensitive to coconut oil, soybean oil and a few of the essentials and/or fragrance oils. We suggest testing on a small area of skin first. Peppermint and Spearmint oils should be used with care by those who are pregnant or nursing.}

 
^{Q: How much Scrubz sm do I need to use?
A: Personally, we slather it on (guess that's why we started the company), however, a quarter to half-dollar sized amount is great for each body part.  To create more of a "paste",  wet area completely before use.  Rinse thoroughly with warm water. If you want to leave more of the natural oils on your skin, pat dry, if not, towel dry  completely.}

^{Q: How long will Scrubzsm last?  What is the shelf life?}

^{A: It really depends on how often you use it, however on average, A 4 oz jar should last about a week or 2 and a 16 oz. jar can last from 2 to 4 weeks.  As to shelf life, we select only the finest oils for our product, therefore each oil varies.  2 of our oils are listed at 1-2 years, while the other 7 are considered stable, therefore, we suggest keeping an unopened jar of Scrubzsm around for no more than one year.} 

 
^{Q: How can I best clean the floor of my shower or bath?
A: Scrubzsm may leave a bit of its natural oil after you rinse, therefore, we recommend putting a quarter size amount of shampoo on the floor and with your foot, just swirl it around till soapy and wash it all away!}
